The Summer of Steven Seagal continues with a buddy cop movie co-starring Keenen Ivory Wayans. Seagal portrays the character we've seen a hundred times before, while Wayans is actually very different than his usual self. However, this movie clearly bombed sci-fi movie reviews at the box office and action movies critics have already panned it.
