The Leprechaun in space
The sequels of horror films are almost always quite successful, and fans of the subgenre are constantly eager for the next really terrifying experience. But what happens when the villains from horror movies go to outer space? Here is a list of five horror movie antagonists who traveled to outer space. The Leprechaun horror film series' sleeper is Leprechaun 4: In Space. Yes, it is set in space, but that is precisely what makes it so mind-numbingly fantastic. Leprechaun 4 is an excellent illustration of how to convert a completely ludicrous idea into something really "unique." The film is jam-packed with realistic effects, innovative killings, and hilarious Leprechaun lines that will have you rolling on the floor. Leprechaun 4: In Space is a must-see for fans of the Leprechaun franchise or horror films in general.
Pinhead
Hellraiser: Bloodline is a prequel and sequel. Story covers 1700s, 1990s, and 2200s. Let's be honest: I'm just here for Pinhead and the other Cenobites. Doug Bradley maintains a cold, menacing, demonic air when he performs. This is confusing, but who cares? Even if you've watched Hellraiser, Bloodline's Pinhead moments are disturbing. If you loved Clive Barker's Hellraiser, you should read this. Even without any logic, it's a fun ride.
Critters
I was attracted by Critters 4's space setting. I mean, how could they beat prior Critters movies? I didn't like the cast list. Brad Dourif Angela Bassett The Danish actor Anders Hove? It didn't seem possible.
And my concerns were verified when I eventually watched Critters 4. While the plot and characters weren't very memorable, it was an obvious rip-off of other popular series placed in an unpleasant locale. What truly hurts from a fan standpoint is that the very features that made the prior entries distinctive and enjoyable are either entirely stripped away or simply not there at all. Critters 4 is a terrible mess and a (first article) major letdown.
Dracula
It's almost impossible to watch Dracula Dracula 3000 since it's so awful. I'm against Dracula 3000. Even though it's bad the whole time, I wasn't satisfied with the ending. "Dracula in Space" was awful instead of being as bad as I had anticipated. Although the idea is funny, the performance and discussion are terrible. If you want to be depressed all day, watch it.
And Coolio. It's Coolio. Did I say?
Jason Voorhees
Jason X is the most renowned horror movie sequel in space. Jason Voorhees is legendary. It's irrelevant how he got into space. Nobody cares why he's in space. Jason's presence in space is all that counts.
In my view, Jason X is worth seeing for easter eggs and nods to past Friday the 13th movies, as well as his metamorphosis into Uber Jason.
While this movie isn't everyone's bag, it's a great watch for horror movie fans that love campy, cheesy, slasher films.
