Demonic Toys Movie Review

A botched bust on a pair of arms dealers inadvertantly leads to the raising of a sixty-six-year-old demon with the power to bring toys to life as his personal minions. The demon is looking for a body to inhabit so he can increase his powers, and it just so happens that one of the police officers is pregnant with the ideal host. I love movies about random inanimate objects that come to life and start killing everyone, especially when it's killer toys. Maybe the only person who enjoys them more than me is Charlie Band because he has basically built an empire off of a single idea about inanimate toys that come to life and kill and he's just recycled it over and over in different ways. He is the patron saint of B-movies. Bless him and respect him. This shameless rip-off of both Child's Play and Band's own Dolls and Puppet Master is about a demon buried underneath a toy factory that comes to life when some blood from the victim of a police sting gone bad drips into its grave. It then proceeds to possess several toys and terrorize a group of people locked in said factory. I don't know how it's able to inhabit multiple toys and also show itself as a young boy, but that's really neither here nor there because clearly logical plot lines is not part of this movie's agenda.
