The horror flick Leprechaun is undervalued

It's been said that Leprechaun is one of the all-time great "bad" horror movies. All of it from the ridiculous narrative to the over-the-top acting to the cringe-worthy visual effects is a disaster. It's a mystery how it all works, but the end result is an enjoyable and engaging movie. Jennifer Aniston, in her cinematic debut, fares surprisingly well, and Warwick Davis is fantastic as the leprechaun. Leprechaun is a great film to see if you like cheesy horror flicks. Avoid going in with the expectation of being afraid, since this film is more likely to make you chuckle than scream.

When Ozzie's attempts to convince his friends that he had seen a leprechaun turn out to be futile, he instead follows a rainbow in the hopes of finding a pot of gold at its end. Because Alex is afraid Ozzie may hurt himself, he pursues him. Ozzie witnesses the miraculous appearance of a bag holding one hundred gold coins. After Ozzie investigates it and mistakenly swallows a coin, thinking it would cure his brain, they bury the riches in a secret ancient well.

Tory and her father are reconciled, she marries Nathan, and the two have a child when the police arrive. While authorities investigate the debris of the well, the leprechaun vows he would not rest until he recovers every penny of his fortune.
