Monster Island (2019)

Monster Island, the Asylum’s 2019 mockbuster was released at the same time that Godzilla: King of the Monsters. The film is about an isolated island that has the same name as the island and where a creature lives.


The film's budget is about the same as a large child's meal, so the filmmakers chose to focus Monster Island Decker Shado on a few people and shoot the main moments with the A-list cast during lunch. The Asylum might not be too bad considering this is a film about kaiju.
