This should mean bringing forth the legions of Djinn into the human world, and royally screwing it. However, instead he goes on an adventure to learn human love in the worst supernatural dating game you can imagine. Why? Because they never bothered to check the previous movies to make sure the key point in the plot of this one wasn't completely fucking stupid.
