I know, I know, I said I'd review The Foreigner this week as the Summer of Steven Seagal continues. Unfortunately, or fortunately, I was unable to get the movie in time. Therefore, I have to present to you, Out for Justice. Seagal plays Gino, a police officer horror movies with a checkered past who happens to be the best in the world. His partner is shot, and he spends the next (blog post) 90 minutes trying to find and kill the man responsible. That's... pretty much it.
