This is hands down the best thing about Detroit's toughest gang. It is a white, middle-aged man with glasses who looks like a highschool principle. Clarence Boddicker forever and ever. He is the worst bad guy. The (this) "Director's Cut", which is an extra 10-15 seconds, shows the OCP executive being utterly decimated by bullets. It's worth your while to grab it if you're able. You can take my word for it.
