RoboCop the movie

RoboCop is one of the most dishonorable films of the 1980s. Paul Verhoeven's Hollywood debut has become a staple for 1980s action films, and it is also one the most shrewd, yet obnoxious, satires ever made. Although the movie may be dismissed as action-filler from an earlier era, RoboCop's success has been more evident than ever. Although it has the look of an action movie, which we love, the truth is that the miracles of Paul Verhoeven’s work are hidden beneath. Sometimes I wish I could be younger and slap (RoboCop 1987) myself on the face for not having seen any of it at the time. But I must give credit to Robocop who helped me to tolerate the graphic violence on the screen. This may have been a factor in my success in reaching the heights I've reached.
