Moontrap was a super low budget Sci-Fi movie from the late 80s that managed to grow a decent cult following in the decades since it's release. Thus, the writer and director decided to try their hands at fundraising a sequel. After a few missteps, they finally managed to get Moontrap: Target Earth made in 2017. However... despite the fact that the writer and director are back at it, things are very... VERY different this time around...
